The staff was lovely supportive and smilie all the time. We feel comfortable ourselves at the hotel. We missed the elevator while carry our lugagge but finally it was not a problem at all because the saff assist us. The hotel was close to the metro station called Loretto and the shopping street and groceries as well. I highly recommend this family stile small hotel.
